About Julio Brea Guzmán

Julio Brea Guzmán is a partner at Guzmán Ariza Abogados with more than 20 years of experience in civil, commercial, administrative and real estate litigation. He has served as legal adviser to the most important real estate and condominium projects in the Puerto Plata, Sosúa, Cabarete, Río San Juan and Cabrera areas, handling thousands of real estate transactions. Mr Brea is highly committed to pro bono work. He is president of the Sosúa Association for the Disabled, a private, non-profit organisation promoting the well-being of members of the community with physical disabilities. He is vice-president of the Puerto Plata Arbitration and Mediation Centre, and a member of the Dominican Bar Association and the Interamerican Bar Association.
