Carine Le Roy-Gleizes
is a partner who works on litigation before administrative, civil and criminal courts, and advisory matters associated with environmental regulations regarding regulated facilities, industrial risks, waste management, water or air impacts, soil and groundwater contamination, health and safety-related issues, sustainable development and chemical products. She has developed a specific expertise regarding contaminated land (regulatory/contractual/litigation issues). She is a member of the Paris Bar, the environmental law committee of MEDEF (the largest employer federation in France), the scientific committee of Intersol (an international conference on soils, sediments and water) and the Club des Avocats Environnementalistes (the French Environmental Law Attorneys Club). Carine is regularly invited to attend conferences, with or organised by professional federations.
