Laura Maia Lucena is a partner of MC JURIST and a member of the corporate and investment department, where her practice is focused on the oil and gas sector and industrial property rights in Angola. Relevant experience includes the preparation and review of documents and legal advice, particularly related to foreign exchange structuring, maritime and port regulations, importation and exportation customs procedures, and industrial property regulations.
