About Ana Martins de Carvalho

Ana Martins de Carvalho is a founding partner of MC JURIST and heads the tax employment and litigation department. Ana has significant experience in Angola-related projects, especially on tax planning and day-to-day tax matters and other related areas, such as employment, social security obligations, customs and importation duties. Ana practised for five years in South-East Asia, notably in Macao and Hong Kong SARs, and acted as a foreign legal consultant in Houston, Texas, for two years, advising petroleum service providers primarily on Angolan tax law. Ana provides workforce planning and recruiting strategies, and legal assistance to HR departments. Ana is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
