About Zhu Yun

Zhu Yun is a senior partner of Capital Equity Legal Group, and a director of the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Zhejiang Law Society. She specialises in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring-related practices and has vast experience in areas such as bankruptcy and reorganisation, distressed M&A, and out-of-court restructuring (pre-packaged reorganisation). She has acted as a bankruptcy administrator/member of the liquidating team, a reorganisation investor’s counsel, a creditor’s counsel, a debtor’s counsel, a bankruptcy administrator’s counsel, and in other roles. She has experience in various sectors, including real estate, shipping, automobile, manufacturing, hotel and other industries. Ten of the cases she was in charge of were selected as typical cases by Zhejiang High Court.
