About Wang Jianye

Wang Jianye is a partner of Capital Equity Legal Group, and a director of the Bankruptcy Law Research Association of Zhejiang Law Society. He has specialised in bankruptcy and restructuring since 2015, is especially experienced in restructuring planning, and participates in many bankruptcy reorganisation, conciliation and liquidation cases in the real estate and manufacturing industries. He has published a number of papers and articles in national influential publications, such as the Bankruptcy Law Forum, Bankruptcy Law Café and the Top 100 Commercial Law Cases.
