About Ren Yimin

Ren Yimin is the managing partner of Capital Equity Legal Group, and is currently the chairman of Zhejiang Bankruptcy Administrators Association, associate director of the Bankruptcy Protection Law Research Centre of KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a researcher at the Bankruptcy Law Research Centre at Renmin University of China. He has been ranked among the Restructuring/Insolvency Band 1 lawyers in China by Chambers and Partners. He has extensive theoretical and practical experience in the field of insolvency and restructuring and has led his team in handling dozens of insolvency and restructuring cases in large enterprises and public-listed companies. The thesis he wrote on these issues has been published in a number of core legal journals.
