About Shanna Dunne

Shanna Dunne is a senior associate in the healthcare and life sciences team at Kennedys in Dublin. She specialises in defending medical negligence claims, catastrophic injury claims and product liability actions. Shanna regularly advises medical practitioners and their indemnifiers on a variety of healthcare-related claims, and represents healthcare professionals before regulatory bodies. She has particular expertise defending large-scale portfolios of claims and advising fertility clinics on all healthcare legal issues, including claims and legislative reform. She is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers. She also lectures postgraduate medical law and ethics at the University College of London.
