About Karishma Paroha

Karishma Paroha is a legal director at Kennedys and a dual-qualified solicitor and barrister specialising in product liability claims involving consumer and pharmaceutical products. She has extensive experience in the day-to-day handling of group actions, defending complex multiparty litigation and cross-border liabilities. Her special expertise includes clinical trials claims and emerging risks in product liability, such as smart medical devices and autonomous vehicles. Karishma is deputy chair of the IUA’s Developing Technology Monitoring Group and the Deputy Head of FOIL’s Product Liability Sector Focus Team. She has more than 150 publications, including book chapters, and regularly provides lectures and webinars to international manufacturers and their insurers.
