About Charmaine Ong

Charmaine Ong is a senior associate at Kennedys Legal Solutions. She is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Charmaine’s main area of practice is in civil and commercial dispute resolution. She is involved in a wide spectrum of matters such as tortious disputes, construction disputes, sale of goods and services and general contractual matters. Within her first few months of practice, she acted as assisting counsel both at trial and appellant levels before the Supreme Court of Singapore, ad-hoc and institutional commercial arbitrations, and adjudications.
