Tony de Quintal is a partner in Walkers' regulatory and risk advisory group. He specialises in financial services regulatory law and risk management, with more than 20 years' experience in this area of the law, including more than nine years working for the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom (now the Prudential Regulatory Authority) and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Tony regularly acts for major banks, investment managers, fintech companies and corporate trustees.
