About Andrew Barker

Andrew Barker is a partner in Walkers' global investment funds group. Andrew regularly acts for leading investment managers and private equity sponsors advising on the structuring and formation of their funds as well as downstream transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals. An integral part of his practice involves advising on initial public offerings (including SPACs), ongoing matters for Cayman Islands public companies and take privates. Andrew is a member of Hedge Funds Care Cayman Islands Committee of Hearts.
