About Claire McAvinchey

Claire McAvinchey is an Irish-qualified solicitor and the Practice Manager, Legal Services of GrahamThompson, TCI. Her litigation practice has involved a number of high-profile commercial disputes in the corporate, real estate, regulatory, banking, employment, and tourism and hospitality sectors. She also has a wealth of experience in both contentious and non-contentious property and finance matters. Her litigation support extends to enforcement of security and possession actions, corporate matters including insolvency, liquidations, receiverships, corporate formation and reorganisation, and insurance. Her practice in the finance sector involves working closely with leading financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending transactions. Claire will soon head the firm’s Corporate Services division in TCI, which will provide a full range of professional services to the firm's corporate clientele.
