Jaime Heredia Tamayo
is a lawyer with over 20 years of litigation experience in judicial and arbitration disputes. He is highly experienced in contentious-administrative proceedings regarding regulatory matters, taxes and sanctions, as well as in complex civil, corporate and infrastructure controversies. He was a senior litigation partner at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados for 20 years until March 2018. In 2018, he was a featured speaker at two conferences on arbitration organised by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration, as well as a lecturer at the National Seminar on Arbitration and Government Contracts organised by the Government Arbitration Association (CAE).
