About Ruben Dario Atim

Ruben Dario Atim is the head of Salaberren & López Sansón’s domestic taxation and tax litigation practice. He designs and implements tax planning structures for companies in different industries, including agribusiness, technology, digital, retail, mining and energy. He also advises on the tax implications of digital transactions, M&A, debt restructuring processes and tax-free reorganisations. He was admitted to the Tucumán Bar in 2002. He has also been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association since 2007 and is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies (AAEF).
