Shruti Salian is part of Phoenix Legal’s dispute resolution practice, and has a particular focus on shipping and maritime, insolvency and general commercial disputes. She also advises clients on the sale and purchase of ships in India by carrying out due diligence and drafting definitive documents. Shruti has advised clients on matters relating to interim relief in domestic arbitrations and arbitrations seated outside India, the liquidation of companies through courts and/or tribunals, etc. She regularly appears in front of various courts and quasi-judicial authorities.
