Gautam Bhatikar is dual-qualified in India and England, and has nearly two decades of wide-ranging experience in offshore maritime and shipping, insurance, international trade, oil and gas, energy, commercial litigation and ADR. He has acted for various banks, ship-owners, oil companies and insurers in high-stakes cross-border litigation and arbitration. Gautam has represented clients before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Chambers of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, the London Maritime Arbitration Association and the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration.
