About Marika Eastwick-Field

Marika Eastwick-Field is a Russell McVeagh board member and a commercial litigation specialist. She has contentious and advisory expertise in insurance, mergers and acquisitions disputes, banking and financial services, capital markets, property and leasing disputes. Marika has an expanse of expertise within the insurance sector including on policy placements for complex projects, D&O insurance, warranty and indemnity insurance and more. She has also acted and advised on significant contentious insurance claims including in respect of earthquake damage, professional indemnity cover and statutory liability cover. Marika regularly contributes to thought leadership on litigation and insurance matters and is a member of the NZ Insurance Law Association.
