About Kirsten Massey

Kirsten Massey is head of Russell McVeagh's litigation practice and a commercial litigation and dispute resolution specialist, with particular expertise in class actions, financial services litigation and professional negligence disputes, and in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency.  Before returning to the firm in 2020, Kirsten has worked in London for 15 years at international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, where she became a partner in 2009. Kirsten been involved in a number of significant disputes across a range of sectors.  She is recognised for her strategic and client-focused advice and distinguished quality of service and has quickly developed a reputation as a 'go to' adviser for complex and high-profile disputes.
