About Emma Ferrier

Emma Ferrier is a senior member of Russell McVeagh's litigation team and advises on a wide range of matters, including competition litigation, regulatory enforcement, insurance disputes and civil litigation.  Emma's competition litigation experience includes advising on investigations and enforcement action under the Commerce Act.  She is an experienced litigator and has acted for clients in regulatory enforcement action involving the Financial Markets Authority and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.  Before joining Russell McVeagh in 2019, Emma worked as a senior Crown prosecutor, appearing before the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
