Eduardo Barboza
is a lawyer specialising in civil law, dispute resolution and arbitration law, as well as in real estate law. He has advised clients on major real estate conflicts, and participated as an arbitrator or lawyer in several of the most important national and international disputes. Eduardo has been main partner and head of the contracts and real estate practice at Estudio Echecopar – Baker & McKenzie, and a member of the Latin American practice of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, in Washington, DC. He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a Master’s law degree (LLM) from the University of Virginia.
