About Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez is a lawyer specialising in administrative law, dispute resolution, project finance and infrastructure, as well as in construction and real estate law. Carlos has advised prominent international companies regarding controversies over public and private investment projects, as well as in arbitration processes regarding corporate financing and real estate operations. Before joining the firm, he served as head of the legal department of FONAFE, the Peruvian holding company of the state-owned company portfolio. Carlos graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a Master’s degree in public management from the Pompeu Fabra University and ESADE.
