About Ruvimbo T L Matsika

Ruvimbo T L Matsika is a partner at Wintertons and leads the labour and employment department. She specialises in labour and employment law, and in this respect represents some of the country’s biggest employers. She is a resource person for the Employers’ Confederation of Zimbabwe and has made several presentations for their members on topical labour issues. Ruvimbo offers training to employers on the roles and duties of workers' committees and works councils as well as on the conduct of disciplinary proceedings. She has also written several papers on various topics relating to employment law.
