About Nasr Kemicha

Nasr Kemicha is a partner at Ferchiou & Associés and is the head of the Litigation department. He is an accomplished High Court (Cour de Cassation) lawyer and is recognised in Tunisia as a major player in the field of litigation. His experience includes acting in disputes arising out of international commercial agreements, banking transactions, tax litigation, distribution and investment agreements, construction projects, financial crimes and IP disputes. He is also well versed in the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, the London Court of International Arbitration and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
