About Sadock Dotto Magai

Sadock Dotto Magai is a founding partner of IMMMA Advocates. For 24 years, he has been leading the firm's finance and banking practice group, now comprising four partners and five associates. Prior to founding IMMMA Advocates, he worked within the legal department of the Central Bank of Tanzania for eight years as one of its legal advisers. Apart from advising clients on Tanzania laws, Sadock continues his extensive cross-border practice, whereby he advises clients on transactions related to project finance, oil and gas, and public-private partnerships. He regularly speaks at local and international industry events on negotiating business transactions.
