About Timur Bondaryev

Timur Bondaryev is an attorney-at-law and the managing and founding partner of Arzinger, with a professional track record of 26-plus years, including solid in-house experience with major public authorities and corporations. He is chair of the firm’s property and construction group and co-chair of the competition practice. Timur’s main practice areas are M&A and real estate transactions, merger control, privatisation, infrastructure and PPP. Timur has several professional memberships, including the European Regional Forum Advisory Board of the International Bar Association, the Steering Group of the International Antitrust Law Committee of the ABA International Law Section, and the European Business Association.
