About Thai Nguyen

Thai Nguyen is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s dispute resolution team. She represents claimants and defendants, including high net worth individuals, private investment vehicles and multinational companies, in complex matters, with a particular focus on civil fraud disputes, including those relating to cryptocurrency and blockchain. Thai’s experience includes asset tracing and recovery, jurisdiction battles and security for costs, all through to trial in the High Court, and post-trial costs matters. Thai is a member of the Young Lawyers’ Fraud Network. She keeps abreast of the judicial developments surrounding cryptocurrency and blockchain, and has published articles on the civil remedies for crypto-asset fraud and developments.
