About Miles Daly

Miles Daly is an associate in Greenberg Traurig's corporate team in London. He focuses his practice on M&A, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, investment fund formations, other corporate finance and commercial transactions. Miles has experience across a range of sectors, advising both domestic and international clients. He has advised various clients within the blockchain sector, including on the formation of a platform for fractionalised investments in rent-yielding real estate assets. He is a member of the Crypto Assets Professional Advisory Group (UK and Ireland) and GT's blockchain and digital assets group.
