Matt Hancock is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s regulatory practice. He has multi-sector experience in advising regulated businesses and individuals in their key interactions with the UK regulators (the FCA and PRA). Matt's practice spans contentious work, including defending against enforcement actions, dealing with key supervisory interactions, notifications, internal investigations and providing regulatory advice in both established and emerging sectors, such as payments and crypto-assets.
