About Claire Broadbelt

Claire Broadbelt is the co-chair of the London civil fraud and business disputes practice. She represents clients in multi-jurisdictional civil fraud matters, both pursuing and defending complex claims. She regularly handles matters that include worldwide asset tracing and recovery, freezing and search orders, and other associated injunctions, including those relating to cryptocurrency. Claire is a non-executive director of the London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM), which uses blockchain for document delivery and case management, and has published articles on the civil remedies for crypto-asset fraud.
