About Souvik Paul Mazumdar

Souvik Paul Mazumdar is a partner at ALMT who joined in 2005 and heads the sports, media and entertainment practice of ALMT Legal. His practice includes advising and assisting clients in relation to media, entertainment and sports law; private equity investments; M&A; cross-border corporate structuring; capital market transactions (including international offerings); and employment law. Souvik has been closely associated with various sports management and celebrity management companies as a legal adviser, and he works with many sports personalities, sporting bodies and federations, and sports management companies. Souvik is also the founder of one of the lawyers’ cricket clubs in Bengaluru and is regularly involved in conducting the annual law firm cricket tournament.
