About Vivian Ch’ng

Vivian Ch’ng is an associate at Alsuwaidi & Company. She is a common law-qualified dispute resolution lawyer with experience in Malaysia and in the UAE. Vivian advises and represents multinational companies in international arbitrations conducted under the most common institutional rules in Dubai. Vivian also handles matters of international trade and maritime law, including advising international clients on the UAE court procedures for ship arrests, execution of judicial ship sale in cross-border disputes and enforcement of foreign judgments and/or arbitral awards. Vivian is admitted to the High Court of Malaya (Malaysia) as an advocate and solicitor and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
