About Abdelhak Attalah

Abdelhak Attalah specialises in international trade, cargo claims, charterparties, ship arrests, air cargo claims, shipbuilding and conversion, litigation under UAE law, international trade of commodities, and international and domestic arbitration. He is a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. Abdelhak has particular expertise in the enforcement and recognition of judgments and arbitral awards in the region, often advising on the enforcement of decrees or awards that encroached on multi-jurisdictional concerns. Abdelhak has a strong track record in enforcing arbitral awards issued by arbitration associations and centres such as the LMAA and the LCIA.
