About Irena Lišková

Irena Lišková joined Randls in 2009. She is an attorney-at-law and, since 2019, has also been a partner of the firm. Irena specialises in commercial and civil law, with a focus on contract law, advertising law and personal data protection. She has worked with clients across a variety of industry sectors, but has expertise in the gastronomy and hotel, pharmacy and food, HR, and real estate and development sectors, acting in a range of transactions and working with clients through the life cycle of their business from formation to exit. She regularly publishes regarding legal trends and developments in her fields of interest.
