Mauricio Moreno-Rey has extensive experience in several areas of legal practice, which allows him to provide wide-ranging and high-level specialised advice in the areas of labour law, M&A and corporate, advising domestic and foreign clients on doing business and investments in Mexico, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. His vast experience, deep knowledge, detailed analysis and understanding of his clients’ businesses has allowed Mauricio to carry out complex corporate restructurings under the new subcontracting regime in Mexico. Mauricio has participated directly in the development and implementation of complex labour policies of companies in Mexico, Central America and South America.
