Luis Cunha is a partner in the corporate department of ASAR Legal. He is based in the Kuwait office and specialises in M&A transactions in the MENA region, as well as commonly assisting local and foreign clients with their establishment and structuring in Kuwait. Luis’s clients operate in various sectors, including energy, manufacturing, construction, retail, chemical, military and pharmaceutical. He has previously worked as a lawyer in both New Zealand and South Africa, and is also admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
