About Simona Petrișor

Simona Petrișor heads the banking and finance practice at Bondoc & Asociatii, and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, projects and procurement, and restructuring. Simona has extensive experience in acting for arrangers, borrowers and sponsors on a wide range of transactions, with an emphasis on corporate, project finance, reserve-based lending and acquisition finance. She regularly advises both banking syndicates and large sponsors in connection with complex domestic and cross-border (including offshore) transactions, including on matters related to the life of a project – from acquisition or development to financing and hedging.
