About Monica Iancu

Monica Iancu is a partner of Bondoc & Asociații. She has extensive experience in the energy and natural resources field, and has expertise in all of the energy fields, across the entire value chain from generation to supply, transmission and distribution. Monica has more than 16 years' expertise as an energy lawyer, having worked on a diverse range of mandates. She has acted in many prominent transactions, and advised leading domestic and international energy companies on M&A, privatisations and regulatory issues. Monica’s involvement in digitally driven energy projects gives her full competence to advise on an array of projects in the context of the Green Deal/REPowerEU.
