Florin Sandu has approximately 11 years of experience and has addressed a variety of regulatory issues in various industries, including high-profile domestic and cross-border finance transactions, in both acquisition and project finance (eg, aviation, oil and gas, automotive, food industry, medical services). He regularly advises clients on insolvency and restructuring topics, including on enforcement strategies, general banking and consumer financing issues, and participates in the development of various innovative financing and insurance products. His banking experience includes an extended secondment to a local tier 1 bank, during which he acquired deep knowledge of the industry and its diverse needs.
