About Ray Ika Any-Gbayere

Ray Ika Any-Gbayere specialises in finance, tax, oil and gas, mining and infrastructure. With 25 years of experience, Ray has an extensive background in taxation and legal advisory as well as arbitration in the West Africa region. His recent work involves representing clients such as ENI (Ente nazionale idrocarburi), the China National Petroleum Corporation, Afrimax-Vodafone, Techmahindra, Prudential, Anglo Gold Ashanti and CAT. Ray graduated from Berkeley Law, California, and Queen Mary University, London, where he received, respectively, an LLM degree and a PgDip in International Commercial Arbitration. He also holds a postgraduate degree in business law from the University of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, and a Certificate in English law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
