About Alpha Haidara

Alpha Haidara has developed extensive knowledge and leadership on the legal and tax aspects of company transactions in the field of infrastructure, import-export, mining, banking, micro-finance, aviation, telecommunications, oil and taxation. He has worked on project finance deals with foreign investment banks such as China Development Bank, Amazon Web Services, Inc, Freshwater SA capital, Nordic Aviation Capital, and EXIM Bank, and non-profit organisations such as KIVA. Alpha graduated from General Lansana Conté University, of Conakry, Guinea, and Felix Houphouët-Boigny University, of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, where he received respectively a bachelor’s in law, a master’s degree in private law and a master’s degree in corporate tax.
