About Ayman Abdulaziz Ali

Ayman Abdulaziz Ali is a partner in AMJ's litigation department. Dr Ayman has over 30 years of experience and represents a broad portfolio of clients. His focus is on civil law, arbitration law, shariah and white-collar crimes. His principal areas of expertise are commercial and construction disputes, professional negligence, directors' liability, defending banks, acting on behalf of foreign principals in principal/agency disputes, insolvency, financial restructuring and re-organisation through court-supervised proceedings. He is registered with the Supreme Court in Oman and has the right to appear before the Egyptian Supreme Court. He has authored several publications on the subject of international arbitration.
