About Jaime Enrique Gómez

Jaime Enrique Gómez is partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on tax planning and international investment. He has experience in the structuring and tax planning of mergers, acquisitions and other projects, as well as in investment transactions for companies in numerous sectors. Jaime has been a panellist in various forums on taxes, foreign trade and customs. He trained at the Universidad del Rosario, where he specialised in tax law, customs law and foreign trade. Additionally, he has a Master’s in Taxation (LLM) from Georgetown University.
