About Tjeerd Overdijk

Tjeerd Overdijk is a partner in the firm and an all-rounder in the field of intellectual property with over 25 years of experience in trade mark law. Tjeerd has a special interest in cases at the cutting edge of intellectual property and information technology, such as trade marks in the online world, database law and trade mark and domain name disputes. Tjeerd has considerable experience in dealing with domain name disputes, including as a WIPO panellist in .nl UDRP cases. He is an active member of several professional organisations, including INTA and MARQUES. Tjeerd is currently acting chair of the Cyberspace Team of MARQUES.
