About Tineke van de Bunt

Tineke van de Bunt is a counsel at Vondst. She focuses on data protection-related topics regarding compliance with the GDPR, as well as on commercial (technology and data-related) contracts and conflicts. Data protection-related work includes advising on data protection-related investigations by the supervisory authority, handling requests from data subjects and data breaches, and privacy contracts. She regularly publishes on IT and privacy matters. Tineke is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Dutch Privacy Lawyers Association and the Dutch Privacy Association. She also regularly lectures and is a teacher on privacy contracts at the renowned postgraduate Grotius Academy.
