About Polo van der Putt

Polo van der Putt is a partner at Vondst and heads the IT and sourcing practice of the firm. He also specialises in data protection law. Advising clients in conflict situations forms an important part of his practice. He has represented several clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings by the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Polo is a member of the Dutch Privacy Law Association, ITechLaw, the Dutch Association of IT Lawyers, and the Dutch Association for IT and Law. Polo is also chief editor of the Magazine on Internet Law.
