About Merel Rondhuis

Merel Rondhuis has been a lawyer within the IP/IT practice of Vondst Advocaten since 2016. Her practice includes all aspects of intellectual property, but Merel mainly focuses on advising and litigating in the field of trade mark law, design law and copyright law. Merel is an active member of the AIPPI Young Members, and the Benelux association for Trade Mark and Design Law, and she participates in several study groups. She recently finalised a project on the scope of protection of descriptive figurative marks.
