About Geoff Busch

Geoff Busch is a partner and heads Anderson Lloyd’s Banking & Finance team. He has particular expertise in acquisition, project, corporate, structured and property finance and debt capital markets transactions. Geoff acts regularly for international and domestic banks, financial institutions and borrowers/issuers on high-profile transactions across a range of sectors. He also provides general banking and finance advice, including advising on debt restructuring and insolvency and financial services regulatory issues. Geoff has practiced for 28 years in Auckland, London and Sydney, and became a law firm partner in 2004.
