About Anna Yu

Anna Yu is a partner of Han Yi Law. She specialises in M&A and private equity investments involving a variety of industries including TMT, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and smart manufacturing, and has advised many reputable private equity and venture capital funds, as well as private and public companies, in complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Anna is a regular lecturer in the private equity management course series sponsored by China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, a leading industry association in China’s private equity and venture capital community. She has also co-authored a number of publications on private equity investment topics.
