About Cosmin Vasile

Cosmin Vasile is a managing partner at Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners and heads the firm’s arbitration practice group. He serves as counsel in a wide range of national and international disputes, including arbitrations conducted under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID. His practice focuses on the resolution of high-exposure construction disputes, but also on commercial contracts disputes related to energy and privatisation. He was recently appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and is a member of CIETAC and CICA arbitrator panels as well as a member of several arbitration institutions including the SCC Arbitrators’ Council, the IBA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Committees, and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
